Vouch

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and KeenShift for the Vouch iPhone app and the vouch.keenshift.ai website. They sit alongside Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your licence to use Vouch. Where the two differ on licence terms, Apple’s EULA applies.

What Vouch is

Vouch is a private guest-list and invitation tool for social gatherings. It is not a ticketing service, a payment processor, an identity-verification service, or a background-check service. Being “vouched for” inside the app is a record of who issued an invite code — nothing more. It is not a safety guarantee, a screening, or an endorsement by us of any person or event.

Your account

You need Sign in with Apple to host, RSVP or comment. You are responsible for the Apple Account you use and for what is posted from yours. You may delete your account from Profile → Delete account at any time; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Hosting and inviting

Vouch Pro subscription

Vouch Pro costs US$9.99 per month or US$59.99 per year. Prices vary by storefront; the amount and the billing period you will actually be charged are displayed in the app before you confirm. A Pro subscription unlocks exactly three things: unlimited events you can host at one time (the free plan allows three upcoming hosted events at once), guest list export for events you host, and a Pro badge on your profile. Everything else in Vouch — attending, RSVPing, commenting, invite codes, add-to-calendar, cover photos and Live Activities — remains free.

We may change Pro pricing or what it includes prospectively. Changes will not alter a period you have already paid for, and a price increase requires your consent before it takes effect on renewal in the way Apple specifies.

Acceptable use

Use Vouch for gatherings you would be comfortable explaining. Do not use it to organise or promote unlawful activity, harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, the sale of regulated goods, or events you have no right to run. Do not impersonate another person, mint codes in bulk for resale, scrape the service, or attempt to defeat access controls, rate limits or invite scarcity. Do not upload content — including cover photos — that you do not have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it and show it to the people you chose to show it to. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or endanger other members.

Availability

Vouch depends on network services and can be delayed or unavailable. Features, limits and invite-seed allowances may change as the app develops. Do not rely on Vouch as the only record of an event that matters to you.

Warranty and liability

Vouch is supplied “as is” to the extent the law permits. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, KeenShift is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including anything arising from an event you attended or hosted, from a person another member vouched for, or from a guest list becoming known to someone you did not intend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
